The owner is very personable. He has lived in the area his entire life. We enjoyed the stories about how the BWCA was developed and what it was like after WWII vs today.
I recently purchased a Nils ice auger from Red Rock. The price was fair and felt good to spend my $'s with a small business, the backbone of America. I erroneously thought I had received the wrong sized auger upon my initial inspection. I emailed the folks at Red Rock and they immediately responded to my concern and pointed out that I was measuring my auger wrong.
