They were the lowest bidder for a sewer project with our city and was awarded the job. They had 60 foot of easement and tore up more than 100 feet on either side of center. It's 8 months later and the city had to hire someone else to clean up their mess. July 1 was completion date for the project and the sewer isn't even operational.
