Purchased a new hot tub from Red Rock at the end of March. The check out paper work contains a clause that imposes a minimum $85 fee on any service, even under warranty. They did not set up the tub properly, leaving it in a factory setting that caused it to overheat in the summer because it was circulating too long every day.
