I was very dissatisfied in their service department. Initially they replaced the electrical board. My spa worked for less than a year. Over the next 6 months multiple technician visits fixed a component but never got the spa working again. Now their solution is to replace the electrical board again. 3k in service visits and I have a spa that doesn't work.
Great experience with my first time purchasing spa, Phillip Black of Red Rock Spas is so knowledgeable and helpful, if it weren’t for Phillip I doubt we’d feel as comfortable with the purchase as we do.

We bought a Sundance spa from Red Rock in 2022, original delivery was great and have enjoyed the spa, but this year we decided we would rather have a sauna. We talked to Phil in Mesquite about maybe trading our spa for a sauna and he made that happen. Kevin Scott and his crew arrived at our home with the new sauna, they had to take our gate off to enter, which they did willingly and quickly.
