Red Rock Spas, Mesquite, Nevada is the best! Phil went above and beyond...his knowledge was only the beginning...he listened to what we wanted and found us exactly the right thing! He followed through on everything he said! Red Rock Spas delivery and installation went so smoothly! We bought a Sundance spa from Red Rock in 2022, original delivery was great and have enjoyed the spa, but this year we decided we would rather have a sauna. We talked to Phil in Mesquite about maybe trading our spa for a sauna and he made that happen. Kevin Scott and his crew arrived at our home with the new sauna, they had to take our gate off to enter, which they did willingly and quickly. Phillip Black was our sales representative at the Mesquite, NV store. After our purchase, Phillip scheduled a visit to our home to do an orientation. Phillip walked us through the features and controls of our J16 Jacuzzi Swim Spa. This was great for us as this is our first swim spa. We had a lot of questions.
