Very straightforward and easy purchase. They were able to install and wire our spa with no issues. Staff was able to advise me after the sale to help me get my spa water crystal clear and answer questions I had about the Smart Tub App / device. **** Edited after 4 years. **** I just had an issue with our hot tub, after 4 years (not surprising) and left a message yesterday asking for service.
