Cost our business hundreds of dollars when they don't maintain the hours they say they do. They'll close up early whenever they feel like it. Unprofessional. I have a video showing the gate closed during open hours.

I am a long time client in good standing with this business since it's opening. This is fact. Last week the 'owner' thought it appropriate to publicly chastise and reprimand my son and I while we earnestly swept up the remains of a carton of toothpicks that had fallen from our moving truck onto the ground. This was after he'd watched or more appropriately & creepily, stalked me on camera mopping an entire hallway, and entrance clean of remnants of shampoo that my poor hired help had spilled. Prices are reasonable, definitely great customer service, accommodating with payments plans if an unexpected circumstances. Definitely! Recommend this storage space
