Mark, the owner of Red Rock Running took me to court to have a Temporary Protection Order placed on me because I tried to return a pair of shoes. It didn’t work, the judge hearing the case through the case out because it had no merit. The Judge tried to encourage the owner to take the shoes back since American Express reversed the charges back to him after they further investigated the claim.
