We had Red Rock handle a repair at one of the properties we manage. While the initial work seemed fine, the issue has unfortunately recurred. We reached out to Red Rock two weeks ago, as we believe this repair should be covered under their warranty. However, we have yet to receive a resolution. Timely follow-ups and honoring warranties are essential in the property management industry, and we hope Red Rock addresses this matter soon to ensure customer satisfaction.
