UPDATE: The co-founder reached out to me to hear my side of the story . I appreciate that. They're doing what they can to make it right. And at the same time I'm getting the help I need. All's well that ends well. I'm sure this is a great facility that needs to maybe fine-tune their policies.
Terrible. Turned me away but the lead tells me it's my fault but didn't want to tell me theirself. I took an Uber $60 to get there. They turned me away at intake. They intake lady didn't say one word, and no one stood up for me. Bureaucratic bullshit. So much for getting help.
This was such a a greatful experience. The staff are great and the nurses do well. Therapists were ok and helpful. Some things can be fixed but for the most part it was solid. You learn a lot about life, mental/physical health and sobriety
If you are having trouble quitting alcohol or drugs on your own I highly recommend this inpatient center. It changed my life!
