Terrible service. Installer/sales rep never came in person (even though he lives in my town) to make a bid for the installation and check old DCS grill dimensions or details of my existing outdoor masonry kitchen island. He told me on the phone I couldn’t get my preferred model which included a rotisserie because of the specs of my outdoor kitchen island.
