While we were in Sedona traveling, our vehicle was gouged by low lying, dense trees and brush. We had limited time to get it repaired and stopped by Red Rock Detail and asked if he was able to fit us in and explained our situation. Baltazar Lozano helped us, going to get equipment he needed and putting off the job he was already working on to work on our car. He was finished in a few hours and the results were beyond our expectations. We would more than highly recommend his services.
I was given a recommendation to this place and I wasn't satisfied at all. The owner is nice but was hardly ever there. He never ordered the parts when he said he would. He was suppose to have my car for 2 days and ended up having it for over a week! And it was really hard to get in contact for progress reports.
