Terrible customer service and their cleaning process is disgusting
I had two jackets dry cleaned, and both came back with lint and hair all over them. They also smelled of perfume. I spent a long time cleaning the two jackets after picking them up from this dry cleaner. This is disgusting to say the least.
Two weeks ago I brought in my pea coat, they were supposed to contact me when it was finished and that was supposed to be a week ago, I have tried calling multiple times on different days as well as showing up to the location during business hours to find that they are closed. I want my coat back.
