Sat at bar and had ceasar salad and soup. Beer temperature right on and IPAs super smooth. Wood smoke scent (pizza oven) and welcoming vibe exuded from all staff make this outpost a must return. Bar service provided by Tracy was off the charts. Good music to boot.
There are so many Park City restaurants that everybody must visit but none of them live up to Red Rock.The food is great, the atmosphere is comfortable, but also makes you feel like you’re on vacation enjoying yourself. That being said the best part, by far is the service. All of the staff is great, but the shining gems of the restaurant truly are Tracy and Holly. Without them, the restaurant really wouldn’t be the same
What is there not to love about this restaurant? The food is fantastic, the service is quick, and the staff is friendly. Our personal favorite aspect, though, is the drinks. We hardly ever leave Red Rock without having drank at least one of their fantastic beers on tap - my personal favorite is the Elephino IPA! If you’re looking for somewhere with good food, great atmosphere, and even better beer, Red Rock is it.
The service was okay. The beer selection seemed wide until the first two beers I ordered were unavailable. Then the $5 draft came out and it was flat and with an unidentified object sitting in the bottom of the glass. Maybe a pine nut, maybe a pinto bean. We were given a free replacement beer but I saw that the draft was still being served, still flat. I got the "hot" honey chicken sandwich with coleslaw. Bartender on the tap haus side was so incredibly rude that we got up and left. The actual restaurant was empty so we decided to sit on that side for a little more atmosphere. The bartender came over to our table and promptly told us “this is a bar, I don’t do restaurant overflow,” which again, the restaurant side was completely dead. I was planning to get an alcoholic drink, but first wanted a Diet Coke which he told me he would get this once since it was my first time.
