I've had an excellent time with them. They have all new staff working here, even the med doctor has changed. There's a TV, soda machine and extra waiting room available. Darla, the therapist is such a knowledgeable and helpful lady. Talking to her is like talking to a friend and she has some amazing coping skills. Tracy, the secretary also makes the wait for comfortable by letting me sit in a backroom away from loud noises and people. The facility also offers drug court and rehab for those that need it. Very unprofessional. Intakes are done by just a Counselor, via video chat. If you going to receive "family" services with them, please be advised you will not be provided licensed counselors or therapist. I learned from supervisors way too late that these people are actually required to have maintained mental health services themselves to even be considered for a job position, and that they are hired based on "life experience".
