Absolutely the best!!! My daughter was on a cross country trip in her sprinter van and ran into a loss of power. Bill and Matt were quick to diagnose the issue to get her fixed up and get her back on the road. The issue with the van was not just a simple fix, Bill's knowledge eased the situation and he had a plan to get it fixed in a timely manner. We were staying for a few days in Sedona, but when we tried to leave the day after Thanksgiving, we discovered battery problems. I had heard Red Rock was open, so we went there. They quickly diagnosed our exact problem, gave us a quote, and efficiently fixed things. The charge was precisely was they quoted, with good warranties included. Everyone was professional and kind. I highly recommend Red Rock.
Out of towner here, had trouble with the starter on my truck during my drive in to Sedona. Picked this place due to proximity to my lodging and good reviews. Initial call was very friendly. They replaced my starter, cleaned up some corroded wires and replaced my battery in same day service. Communication via text was clear and easy. Price was very reasonable. Recommend.
