This is my second time that I’ve used RedRock Auto Center. . The first time was to replace an original battery that came with the car. They got my battery in fast, so I was out the door fast. The second time I had major issues with my car that I had to have my car towed to RedRock Auto Center . They fixed all the issues and recommended other services that was needed, but not for another 500 miles. Instead of waiting and take it to a dealer that we usually use, we decided why wait. Great experience with oil change and basic inspection. They were laid back, friendly and did what I asked. They did not try to upsell me or pressure me, which I appreciate. I’ll go back again and again, as long as I keep getting honest service. Edit: I went back to have them look at my ac. They were very kind and helpful just like the first time. I’m a loyal customer now.
