I dealt with Matthew at the counter who was the Sons owner. The mechanic showed me my issues and they were very very fair on pricing. I definitely would recommend
Had a great experience there. Even though they don’t open until 8 am Bill gave me a ride to work early so I could be there by 8 am. And when they weren’t able to fix my vehicle (the issue required a Subaru specific dealership/equipment) Matt printed me out a detailed description of what they found and explained it to me in layman’s terms to help me with my next steps. As someone who knows nothing about cars, I appreciated the extra effort. Just a bunch of decent humans running an honest business.

I needed a quick alignment after I broke down due to my ball joints slipping out from a previous alignment so I was referred to these guys. They were able to get me in quickly, and offered great service. I love the shop and all of it's quirky furnishings, including lamps that the sun makes out of parts! I only gave them four stars because I only recently had the service, but over all I'm very happy with this shop. Drove my 26 yr old Land Cruiser into Sedona from Austin and suspected the ac compressor clutch was shot when I arrived based on a grinding sound. I called Red Rock and they looked at it the same day and confirmed the issue. They got my car fixed up quick and everything works as it should. Would recommend.
