Cannot recommend Red Robin enough. Stormwater was completely blocked with years of dirt and tree roots. After speaking with Brendon briefly over the phone, Grant came by and explained the issue simply, was honest with the plan of attack and suggested the whole front yards worth of piping needed to be replaced. Within an afternoon the whole thing was changed over and Grant even went to the trouble of repairing a broken downpipe that I hadn’t noticed. Grant arrived soon after I spoke with him to unblock what we initially thought was a pretty standard blockage with our household wastewater. Unfortunately not, but he recognised the problem was a bit of an emergency and devoted the afternoon to diagnosing and fixing the issue. Gave me heaps of info about how things should function, used a tracer to map out where our pipes run which wasn't on any available plans, really easy to chat to and understand the issues. Grant is awesome! Very knowledgeable, honest and efficient. Fixed a sewer blockage in no time. Very well priced and super speedy service. Highly recommend Red Robin Pluming.
