Let me tell you, Red Robin has gone down hill from where it used to be. Food quality is garbage... the quality of the burger is nothing near where it was I years past. I gold no I'll will to our server he did the best he could with how many people he was trying to help. Im just impressed anymore with red Robin, haven't been in a while and probably wont for a while more.
Omar gave us great service.. Food was just ok... Restaurant nice and clean
There were 3 tables besides our party of 9 and 2 waitresses on the floor plus a bartender. From what we could see our waitress only had us and a table with one person at it. It took over 15 min from ordering a drink from the bar until I actually got it. We ordered approx 10 min after sitting (reasonable) but our food took almost 30 min. One of our people got her food almost 5 min before anyone else. I got the fish (underdone) and shrimp (over cooked).
