I’m going to give a shout out to Maddie the manager and Eli our waiter. I won’t go into details to protect the innocent, but after an unforeseen event we needed their attention! They were quick to help and offered to either remake our food or take off the meal. And she took off the meal and was very polite and apologetic. That doesn’t happen often anymore. So thank you for the excellent customer service!!!!

First time trying Red Robin and unfortunately, it will likely be our last. We attempted to order for pickup online but the website was having problems so we phoned in our order. We arrived and had to wait a little while for our food (not unreasonably long). However, we we returned to our hotel (only a few block away), we found both our orders were not done very well. The service was great and the manager was so kind to give us a free meal when the tap to pay was not working and I didn’t have any other form of payment with me.
