Great food - I ordered a couple of burgers. The first waitress was a little confused but the Australian server at the bar was awesome. The food was also great. I brought the burgers to my wife at the Ridge Meadows hospital. When eating, I looked for a napkin and there were none. Our hands were all greasy and, at least for me, now my shorts are greasy near the pockets. Why couldn’t you give us napkins? I paid, what? $30 for each burger? Ally is such a phenomenal server, she’s so friendly and personable! Definitely one of our favourite waitresses at Red Robin! Quincy is a close second!!! Always leave happy and full!
Not sure if we caught the kitchen on a bad day, but our meals were awful. Burgers came back squished and flat, tasted bland. 24.99$ per meal is an outrageous price for what we got. One of the burgers at the table was a lettuce bun request and it was pieces of salad lettuce, an absolute mess. I dont think we will be back again. I miss what red robin was 20 years ago.
