Great veggie burger....
We (party of 3) arrived at approximately 5:45pm on Sunday, April 14, 2024. The young lady that greeted us looked like a close relative had just died. She looked miserable. That's not a good start. We were seated and given menus. We sat waiting for a server to arrive. And we sat and sat and sat. After an uncomfortably long period of time a gentlemen that looked like he was in charge checked on the couple seated near us and asked them if they needed anything. Really great burgers and staff! From the moment we walked in we felt welcomed. From our servers to the managers on the floor - everyone was stellar!
NEVER AGAIN, Red Robin! You have now lost a customer for life. While not the first, this is certainly a rarity that I would give a restaurant only 1 star. I have always tried to look for the positive in everything. I truly wish I had taken photos first, but I failed to. I would expect that when I pay $28 for a meal (not counting the 20% tip that I did leave, $34 total), that I would get a decent meal. The prices have gone UP and the quality/quantity of the food has gotten much SMALLER along with NOT SO GOOD service. I ordere... read more
