My grandmother and I decided to have a late lunch here today. We had never been to this restaurant and were excited to try it. Upon entry, the hostess was very welcoming and informative. She was telling us how tasty the Donato's pizza is on the way to the table and sat us in a nice booth, away from other customers. Staff were friendly, food was good. Price range for most meals were $15-up. I picked up and was asked if I needed help 3 times by 3 different people so they were vary attentive. Took roughly 20 minutes to get my food, I ordered online. Everyone seemed to be in a good mood. Place looked nice and clean. I didnt get to see all of it however from what I did see I could say I would recommend this place.
Told the waitress we wanted to share fries but they were put under bbq wings. They were soggy and nasty. Paid for something that we couldn't eat. Bbq sauce wasn't good. Waitress never came back . Couldn't get refills. Wouldn't ever go back. $44 wasted.
I ordered online 40 min before I was picking up. I ordered a burger and fries. When I arrived. People were waiting to be seated. No one in sight. I go to the to go pickup. They said your food will be ready in 10 min. Almost 50 min later my burger and fries were ready. There was only 2 tables occupied and 2 people at the bar. The employees seemed distraught with the kitchen acting as if someone is inebriated or has no idea what they are doing. Shouldnt take well over an hour to make a burger especially when your not even busy
