Took an hour for 4 burgers when serving 4 tables. Still messed up the order. When asked to fix it, the server got pissy and slammed down the remaining plates before taking it back to the kitchen, where they didn't actually re-make the order (just scraped off the parts that they were asked for) so we had to get it comped. The server was exhausted, so I get it, but still, hire more staff instead of overworking your good staff.
Went for apps with the kids. Wait staff was excellent!
The food is delicious but make sure you double check if you ordered gluten free. They have an extra fryer and good buns but ive had my bun mixed up a few times, staff was good about correcting ir, and after informing management I havent had an issue since.
