3 of us ordered each order was made wrong. Then we got double charged and had to request a correction. Bathrooms were dirty and broken. Edit to add we gave them a second chance today. Done! They screwed up the order again and we sat and waited 15 additional minutes after the pick up time. Order was gluten free and their solution to make up for the mistake was 5 cookies, not gluten free. This restaurant is poorly run!!!
I have been coming here often over the last year (pregnancy craving), but every single time without fail over our last dozen visits, our food has been prepared incorrectly. It seems the kitchen does NOT look at food modifications (i.e, no lettuce, add sauce, sub for --). I've had to send my meal back every single time. We came in May and my food got sent back 3 times as it was made incorrectly every time, by the time we received it my entire family was finished eating.
