You are in the service industry. If you don't serve, ya won't make much money. Just sayin'. You could fire half of the wait staff if the other half did their job. Save your money and go somewhere else.
Meh, service was great, food took forever, no tomatoes means no tomatoes, well done means well done. It was not busy so why 45 min to get our order. It will be another seven years before I go to another rr.
Seemed understaffed saw lots of food just sitting in the window(s). Heard one team member ask the kitchen where are my wings. Worst thing I saw was Kitchen staff pull out his phone and I did not see him go back and wash hands. Saw many tables not cleaned off. We waited 20-25 min after we ordered to get our food. Thankfully we had bottomless fries We noticed people who were there before us also waited a while for their food.
