Stopped in for dinner when it was not busy at all, were sat down quickly enough and then were ignored for about 20 minutes. When staff was informed they said they couldn't find our server then hesitantly said they would take a drink order, which was pointless as it would have been water. It was obviously time to leave. Red Robin is tired. Same (mostly) menu, just ok food, generally young inexperienced (but still good) servers. They can tone down the music volume when the dining room doesn't have many people in there.
So delicious. Chicken wings were sooooo good
Service was to be desired, They delivered ridiculously over cooked fish and shrimp to us, then avoided our area for a good 15 mins. Didn't keep my glass full and all while they had less than half the tables in use.
Floors were visibly sticky and not clean took ten minutes for a server to show up to seat us after taking a drink order(wich never came) we never seen them again and we waited over a half hour and the entire time there was a line up of people waiting to be seated that were ignored, we got up and left and went to Denny's much better service
