I ordered a pickup order online. Arrived a few minutes early gave my name a sat down to wait for my order to be ready. After 10 plus minutes the host asked what I was waiting for. He looked at my order confirmation on my phone and said he was very confused. I tried to politely suggest maybe we could ask another employee. French fries came out cold every time. Burger was not seasoned hardly at all. They must have a new cook because I've never not liked their food until now. Update to my review. I recently had a very good burger, but I noticed shrinkflation has got to red robin. The burger was definitely smaller. The happy hour burger in the bar was awesome. And this time, the French fries were perfect. Excellent again.😋

First time at this location. Very poor service. We first showed up and were told it would be a 2 minute wait. It ended up being over 20 minutes. That happens I suppose. We ordered quickly assuming they're busy, it took 45 minutes to get our food. The server didn't ask us if we needed anything after dropping off the food. We assumed he was busy however the only language he'd use was that the food would be here quickly/right away/shortly. It clearly was not going to arrive shortly. They could have at least kept us in the loop ... read more
