Not what I expected from a Red Robin. Hostess was very curt and not friendly when we came in. Heard arguing from the kitchen area. Wait staff made up for that in friendliness and food was the level expected.

After waiting 20 minutes for a seat in the mostly empty resturaunt, we waited another almost 20 for someone to even come near our table. She took our order dropped off our drinks and food and never came back. No bottomless anything or refills. We raised concerns over the glass I had my drink in being shattered and sharp on the bottom and got a shrug and an "okay" and the broccoli for the garlic parm broccoli had black rotten spots in it. We arrived before noon the restaurant was not busy and we had to wait at the front with other people for the host to come to the door. It was a good two or three minutes before she showed up. She asked us if we wanted a high top and we told her we prefer a booth and she acted like that was going to be a big deal even though there were several booths open.
