We haven't been to Red Robin in about 15 years So we thought we'd give it a try. We were sat down and given menus and then no one came for about 15 to 20 minutes. The waiter said sorry it was shift change I still think that's unacceptable. They got our burgers mine was so greasy that it had the bottom bun soggy which makes me not want to eat the burger at all.
