First time in years . Joined with a group
We didn't feel welcomed. The food was not good, and there was no love in the refill department. It felt like "hurry up and buy".
**Update since this review I've noticed they are closing down in the area. Dover location is closed. I Will NEVER go to this Red Robin again. To start we waited to be seated with no other customers waiting a good 10 to 15 minutes with 3 employees at the hostess area. After being seated, it was a good 10 minutes to get a drink. 2 other tables were seated and got their for within 10 minutes. I had a fantastic dining experience! The food was exceptional, and the ambiance was inviting and warm. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed. My server, Maya, was outstanding—professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. The restaurant is clean and comfortable, making it a perfect place to relax and enjoy a delicious meal.
