We were just driving back to the airport from a pretty rough few days. On top of other issues I had not eaten a good meal in a few days because I am gluten-free and vegan and there isn’t a lot of that type of good food in restaurants in the area. Hey Red Robin, what’s the point in having phones if you don’t answer them? Let’s see could be multiple reasons: laziness, lack of management, management too busy hitting on everyone, who knows. I ran restaurants for 10+ years I know what happens ;) Anywho, if a customer is trying to call because their order was stolen, or maybe even to make a reservation, answer the phone and do your job. It’s super simple. If it’s rocket science to y’all I’ll gladly be the professor and break it down for y’all. Do better.
