Just picked up a to go order, everything in the order was perfectly boxed up and correct. The guy who served me made sure I had all the right sauces and asked if I need any extras. The order was ready right on time. Food was still hot after the 15 minute drive home. I was a little confused with the curb side, as I thought they brought the food to my car, but I saw the pick up door was extra busy so I just popped in to get it, easy enough.
After not having visited red robin in over a year (this location in specific even longer.) I had my birthday dinner here and was very much disappointed. Corporate should be ashamed of themselves for ruining this chain with some really bad greed driven decisions. I have previously worked here from 2016-2019 and it's a night and day difference in quality from then to now. The onion ring tower was soggy and bland.
