Had a gift card from years ago we had been meaning to use and decided to try the Warrington location. It had been quite some time since we last went to a Red Robin and honestly this location could save the brand. Red Robin used to be a great chain for dining out but the quality over the years at other locations has deteriorated. Warrington's location is a breath of fresh air. Nice people, excellent food
Arrived and was given a 30 minute wait time to be seated, after waiting 50 minutes I watched multiple parties be seated that arrived way after. When asking why I wasn’t called to be seated one person stated they never had my number in the wait list. And another person said they sent me a message which I never received.
I went in there sat at the got refused a drink because I have a dui and the lady wouldnt take my other for of id and I didnt have my ccp on me im 30 I just got off the damn jobsite just wanted a burger and a beer I look like im 50 thats some bullshit
