Went to the Red Robin in Longmont and the food was bad and the service was even worse.
Love Red Robin. I've always had great service, good had always been hot and good. Great place for lunch with friends or dinner out.
We love Red Robin and come her often. My daughter has celiac and RR has lots of GF options and informed staff and so I always feel comfortable taking her here and it’s become our favorite safe place to go out and eat. The food is always fast and they have a great rewards program too!!
In the past, I have had great dining experiences at this Red Robin. Great food and great service! However, my experience this week has made it unlikely that I will return. We were informed that there would be a 15 minute wait. Of course, we don't expect that to be exact, but 40 minutes later, we still weren't seated, and the hostess kept telling us that it was because the kitchen was backed up ( the dining rooms were very empty).
