Red Robin support sucks. I'm trying to get my address added to their system so I can place a delivery order through the site, but they keep ignoring me. I've contacted support, and when they're not ignoring me they're giving me empty apologies or once got me to wait 14 days after IT supposedly fixed my issue. My issue is not resolved. I went in for the $10 Tuesday cheeseburger special. It comes with a side. I asked for fries with no salt. The burger came out in about10 minutes. Good service and the waitress was a sweetheart. They were short staffed (as many restaurants are nowadays). My problem was with the portion sizes. There were 12 fries with HEAVY SALT and the BURGER SIZE WAS A JOKE!! SO TINY. We were abondoned at our table. Waiting for over 20 min for our fry refill.
Good food, good atmosphere. Service was slow and our attendant was not dressed very appropriately for waiting tables. She was nice. But should probably have your belly covered when serving sitting customers.....imho
Nice place for kids and family.
