Stopped here for a quick burger with the family. The location was clean, and the service was great plus they had a great $9.99 burger, fries, and drink special going! 🍔🍟🥤
We used to go here very often and loved the service and food. The service and food in the last year has dropped to the point we won’t even try anymore. Food always takes a very long time but then arrives cold and inedible. Management staff does nothing to help the situation.

I’ve always loved their burgers but their customer service surpasses their food. Their general manager, Jose, is a gem and a generous contributor to the local families in the Rockaway community especially when it comes to helping fundraise and be involved in school functions. He goes above and beyond what is asked and that’s how leaders should be so others can mirror it. Thank you!
