It appeared there were only 2 servers working on a busy vacation week lunch time. Poorly managed, not the waitress’s fault. Long wait before anyone took our order. Food came out quickly and was good! But even though it advertises unlimited refills on drinks and sides, no one ever checked back to see if we wanted any refills (we did!) The parties around us kept trying to flag down our waitress, to no avail. Members in our party felt sorry for her. The food was good but the worker forgot to put our order in. It was very disappointing because I have been there many times and had never had to deal with this. We finally got our food 45 minutes later.
Left Patriots game early to go here said close at 11pm was maybe 9:50 and doors were locked
