Had an extremely long wait to get my order taken, then I found out a side I ordered on the kiosk wasn’t actually available. Finally, I got the (available) food that I ordered, just for the burger to taste flavorless while the fries were undercooked. How did my A1 burger barely even have any A1 on it?? used to love Red Robin, but this experience genuinely angered me.
Went for lunch. Service was quick. It wasn't busy. Waitress was attentive. Good music vibes. I got the fish and chips. The others with me got burgers. The onion rings were good. I'll try a burger next time.
