Most dirtest Red Robin, in the lobby there are Spyder webs on the walls, dust on the ledges, unswept salt and garbage on the floor under the reception desk, dust on the shelves where the pick up to go food is, dust under the child seats, rugs not cleaned for days.. And I ordered the avocado bacon smash burger, it was greasy and horrible..what happened here, or is it Red Robin in general Imagine if I went into the kitchen. Direct call to cooperate made!!
We have been coming to this Red Robin for a while, but tonight was by far our best experience. Our waiter, Michael, was clear, attentive, and very helpful. He anticipate our needs before we could even say anything. Food was fresh and tasty and everyone was super satisfied with their meal.
Great place for a family dinner
Very friendly service, but we ordered the triple yum appetizer and people who came 10 minutes after us seem to have got the same one, and got it 5 minutes before us. Top it off with being served with crummy black dishwater plates.
