Tonight’s service and food was ridiculous. I frequently go to Red Robin and get the same meal each time. I was surprised when I ordered a double burger that I normally get looked like only one patty. Each patty was thinner than the slice of cheese on it. When asking my waitress Jessica about it I was instantly met with an attitude. She said there was two patty’s and immediately picked up my fork without ask me and after I used it for my salad and instantly poking at my burger to try and show me two patties. Great fresh Burger s and Wraps Chicken Wrap very tasty and delicious. Lemon cake very moist.
We ordered our food from DoorDash and of course, the driver left items behind which was not a surprise. I called the Fairview Park location to let them know about the issue. Collin, the manager on duty, was uber helpful and was able to get us a refund for the items left behind. Can’t believe DoorDash is still in business but Collin, keep doin’ what you’re doin. I appreciate your dedication and I know you will do well in life.
