Online order 25minutes after pickup time food was completed with no explanation of why spent 30 minutes in store waiting for food to be ready for pick up after arrival time thay was give when order was placed.
I can see why it's closing in 2 days service is horrible
Took a good while before the food came out.
Stood with my husband - waiting to be sat for 10 minutes. Multiple staff members looked at us but never approached or acknowledged us. No bartender in site - so sitting at the bar wasn’t even an option. Absolutely ridiculous, no wonder all classic chains are going to shit.
