We went to lunch on a Sunday afternoon for burgers. The apps came with dirty plates which we sent back. The fries were cold, we had to send the burgers back for lettuce and tomatoes. I don’t know what happened to the pickles?? It just wasn’t worth the bill for $123. Which included two house margaritas which came with an unsalted glass. All four of us were disappointed with our meals. Better meals and values can be found at other restaurants.

Wow. Where do I even begin? We came to Red Robin to celebrate our daughter’s birthday — her favorite restaurant — and it turned into one of the most disappointing dining experiences I’ve ever had. This was on 12/30/2025, and it was an absolute disaster from start to finish. We were seated and then completely ignored for a solid 20 minutes before our waiter even acknowledged us. Edit: Ever since a change in management, service has been poor, and the atmosphere chaotic. Drinks are rarely refilled, and orders are often misremembered. The staff is always pleasant but inefficient as if lost. Avoid this restaurant if possible. Original: This is one of my favorite chain restaurants. My favorite part of this particular Red Robin is the decor. The waitstaff is always kind and accommodating. However, the wait to be seated and between orders can get really long on the weekends.
