Great place but inconsistent with food quality and timing lately. Which surprises me because their kitchen is setup on essentially a conveyor belt system for burgers etc. Ill keep going back especially for the ranch and the buffalo sauces which are the 2 best things on the menu
We went for dinner and we had our name put down on a waitlist for a 20 minute wait. They said they would call our number that we put down when it was time. When we came back they had crossed our names off the list without calling us. After finally getting seated, our waitress Karisya never checked in on us, even though she checked in on the two families next to us multiple times. When we asked for napkins, she walked by and tossed them onto our table without a single exchange of words. Terrible service all around!
