we have been going to red robin and sitting in the bar with no wait for 20 years... today they decided that we had to wait 45 min to be seated despite there being 20 open tables... so we went elsewhere
I've been coming here for alot of years and I've NEVER had a problem that couldn't be fixed!!! The one time my fish wasn't up to my level of taste and the manager was all over it by covering our entire meal which pretty much guaranteed our continued patronage ... I love everything about this place!!!
Red Robin has the best burgers ever. Any kind you can possibly think of they have it here. My favorite is the Bonsai burger...teriyaki, pineapple, really, really good! I highly recommend this restaurant.
