At dinner, after a long work day, we had the worst service! We had to get up several times to get our own needs because the server was unattentive...furthermore, when we mentioned we hadn't received part of the order, we were blamed! Not am enjoyable experience at all.
We whet to red robin yesterday for lunch and we were party of four. This place has the worst waitress in the world and she can clearly win the Oscar of being the worst. We ordered onion rings tawer, never got it, she came back after half hour when she give us are water with our food when it was so cold and the fries were so saucky, no knifes or forks, no napkins, she never bothered to come back and asked us how the hell was our food, after 20 minutes she comes back and asked us how would we like to pay our bill when we didn'... read more

Went there last night. Food was OK, but I hope you speak broken english. Between the seven of us we could barely understand the waitress. You would think clear speaking would be a screening point? The servers were rude and refused to go around the table and serve. We ended up passing down drinks, plates, condiments, napkins. You would think these people wanted a tip?
