Literally traumatizing experience at red robin. We had an absolutely amazing experience at Red Robin in Fort Myers! From the moment we were seated, our server Mimi made us feel so welcomed and taken care of. She was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect throughout our meal. Staff is rude. Had an issue tonight with seating and we just walked in. Wanted to change to a table and we hadn’t even sat down yet. Told us we had to wait for three parties that haven’t even been seated yet that came in behind us. Yea, no thanks.
