Do not order delivery from the Oklahoma City Quail Springs store. $90 of food arrived 45 minutes late after sitting on their counter waiting for their delivery service. Manager blamed it on the delivery service but they didn't attempt to keep the food warm and offered no apology. Ordered direct from the Red Robin website and tried to use a coupon they e-mailed me the day before but it was not honored. Bad experience with no help from the manager to resolve.

Went tonight for our son's birthday, the service was good, food great and refills on drinks and fries were kept full.

We got the family takeout burger meal today and it was great! Plenty of food for all of us (including a couple of teenage boys) and everything was packaged so well. The curbside pickup was easy and the staff was friendly.
