Today we went to the Red Robins in Roseville, MI for our sons birthday. The general manager called my husband an A$$hole, before we even sat down in our booth. The server and hostess were great and the food was fine but the general manager left a very very very sour taste in our mouth. For a place that is only allowing 50% capacity....and having interaction with a customer by the GENERAL MANAGER. like we did......he should not be someone that represents this company and represents them so poorly. I just purchased $49.24 worth of food from Red Robin at 1375 West Elliot Road in Tempe, AZ 85284. I have purchase food for my family at this location very often over the last several years. The quantity of food seems to be getting less and less all the time. This time I really noticed the inadequate number of fries in two of our burger dinners. Eight fries IS NOT acceptable with a burger meal. Your ads on TV talk about ‘endless fries’… this is certainly a joke when it comes to take out. I paid an ‘up charge’ to get one order... read more

I fell and broke my wrist on their slimey floor ( do to their inexpensive cleaning company, Dolphin) which required surgery and lost some movement permanently. Never saw one cent toward medical bills and management lied about the incident. Evil. One star is way too many. Other customers have fallen as well. They care about nothing but saving money and covering their own greedy a****
