Untrustworthy and Dishonest Staff I’ve never met a more dishonest company in my life. The technician lied about the price, the time, very poor staff.
This company does not value its customers. They arrived late, did a poor job, and didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience caused.
The locksmith was careless and left greasy fingerprints all over my white door. He didn’t even bother cleaning up. Zero attention to detail.
After arriving quickly, it took him less than ten minutes to come and replace the broken lock. Once he was there, he was able to help. Being in his presence was a delightful experience, and he was courteous. My sincere gratitude goes out to you!
Both his kindness and his competence were astonishing. After arriving on time, he promptly repaired the residential lock while he was there. Excellent customer service!
