Gavin at red river was great. Sunday night pick up at 11:30pm. Smooth fast and made an unfortunate event a little less stressful. Would definitely recommend if in need again.

They answered my (second) phone call and they sent a helpful guy out to jump start my car in Texarkana 40 minutes later. But unfortunately the roadside assistance dispatcher was so rude that I wasn't sure if I was connected to a legitimate company.
Called to help a customer of mine get towed the guy on the phone was very rude and unprofessional. Never thought someone with a decent rating would be rude. But here we are...
