Very unprofessional. I came in for my appt they told me I could check in on the app and sit in the waiting room which is how I have done it EVERY TIME. I sit for 20 mins and decide to see what’s the hold up. They then tell me I missed my appointment. Saying they didn’t see it but both sitting in the back eating. Mind you one of them seen me pull up bc she was outside. I missed my appt SITTING in the waiting room…
