I have been a member with this credit union since I was 16! This was my very first account. I still use it. I have several other accounts with a couple banks but the reason I keep my rrfcu account is because even though there are none in Louisiana they have always been spectacular with helping me with any kind of loan. Polite and smiling every time I go, and now they have even integrated mobile deposit so even though I don't live near one, I can still deposit and do transactions without any complications or delays!! This bank is a joke I got receipts to show I was up to date on my payments lady called me just a little bit ago and said I was 3 months behind I will never in my life do Business with them again this is the 3rd time this has happened I don't recommend nobody to them

I love RRFCU and all the people that work for this institution. They are truly the best and always go above and beyond. I bank at the Atlanta branch primarily, and I just can't brag on them enough! I tell everyone I have the opportunity, to use their offered services!!!
I have been with RRCU since 1977,, I think the service is excellent. I can't think of any reason to complain. The employees are friendly and professional.
