Cold called to ask for my vital stats without identifying themself or their purpose in asking; very, very sketchy. When I asked to whom I would be giving my info, the caller became combative and ended the call.
He was my Dr.for 6 years , when I asked to see a neurologist he said I had to find new , when 8 asked for my folder he came up to me and choked me in front lobby ,then released my medical information about a study on me .. and he put a hit on me to prevent me from making a complaint Dr.Memon I reported him finally
