Approximately 11:15 a.m. on Saturday, June 13, 2026, at the St. Vital location. Today's experience was yet again unacceptable. The issue involved a Chef Salad that appeared to be days old, not 1 day. Reluctantly ,, I bought one and not surprisingly, it will be returned. When I asked if a fresh salad could be made, a staff member with brown hair and glasses informed me that they would not make a new one because "there were too many out already." Always been fabulous, I don’t think anywhere is perfect which is why I am not giving a 5 star rating. Cause you will always have staff that aren’t having a good day. But i have always been treated with great respect especially as someone apart of the LGBT community.

I normally don't write reviews for a store thst I frequently visit, but I feel this needs to be addressed. On Wednesday November 5th around 2:40 p.m., I had an unpleasant experience with the woman in white from the deli. She was at the shelf near the sushi. Her attitude was unprofessional and condescending when speaking to another employee. I heard her talking about what the date was and demanding her to take the stock off the shelf.
