Always been fabulous, I don’t think anywhere is perfect which is why I am not giving a 5 star rating. Cause you will always have staff that aren’t having a good day. But i have always been treated with great respect especially as someone apart of the LGBT community.
I normally don't write reviews for a store thst I frequently visit, but I feel this needs to be addressed. On Wednesday November 5th around 2:40 p.m., I had an unpleasant experience with the woman in white from the deli. She was at the shelf near the sushi. Her attitude was unprofessional and condescending when speaking to another employee. I heard her talking about what the date was and demanding her to take the stock off the shelf. Staffs are very friendly and always available to provide assistance as required. Their pharmacy customer service is excellent. I have been going to the Dakota St Winnipeg location for years and have never had any problems filling or refilling prescriptions. Thank you!
