Excellent company. They answered the phone with a real person who immediately got me set up with an estimate and an appointment for the same week. I hired them to perform a chimney sweep and the installation of a chimney pipe extension and roof brace. The techs Marc and Martin were awesome. They were professional, fast and hard working and very courteous. They even went above and beyond their call of duty by slipping a protective boot over a vent pipe that I could not get to myself. When my wife and I decided to get my fireplace replaced I called Red River Chimney and talked to Vanessa and she scheduled the technicians to come out and look at my existing fireplace and give me ideas and price to have a new fireplace installed. Vanessa was very instrumental in helping us decide the type of stone and color as well as scheduling the technicians to come out and complete the project.
